I the undersigned, hereby certify that I am at least 18 years of age and I give this release and waiver for myself, heirs, successors, and representatives. I agree to release the BMW Riders of Knoxville motorcycle club, KOA of Newport and it’s representatives from any liability, loss, damage, costs, claims, lawsuits and /or causes of action including but not limited to all bodily injuries, including death and property damage, arising out of any aspect of my attending or participating in any activity associated with the ROK Rally. No matter whether on the premises where the ROK rally is being presented or while preparing for or participating in any activity associated with the ROK Rally away from the main rally grounds. I understand the risks of danger to myself and my property while participating in the ROK Rally, and agree to assume all risk of loss and agree to indemnify and reimburse the above named entities for all costs which result from damage incurred due to my negligence, omissions or intentional acts or the negligence, omissions or intentional acts of minor children and or pets which are in my care, custody, and or control. I acknowledge and agree to give permission for the uncompensated use of my name, my likeness, and any picture of my vehicle(s) in any broadcast, telecast, or print media employed to report this event.
